Tricell Group International Limited ("we", "our") will respect your statutory privacy rights when collecting, storing, using and transmitting personal information, and this Personal Information Collection Statement will describe our privacy practices.

In case of any conflict between the English and Chinese versions of this Privacy Policy Statement, the English version shall prevail.

"Personal Data" means any personally identifiable or sensitive information (such as name, occupation, address, contact details, identity card or passport number, credit card details, your age, your marital status, your employer, your income, statistical data).

 

2. Purposes for which we will use your personal data

When you make a purchase or apply to become our member, your personal data may be collected.

The purposes for which we may use your personal data are divided into obligatory purposes and voluntary purposes. If the personal information is used for the purpose of providing the information, such personal information will not be marked as "no need to provide information" in the membership application form. If you want us to provide you with the service you are applying for, you must provide us with Your Personal Data. (a) enroll in and maintain your membership as our member;

(b) accrue bonus points for membership with us;

(d) enjoy the benefits of being a member;

(e) notify about any amendments to the membership scheme;

(f) establish a relationship; and

(g) Data cleansing and updating of customer information.

The purposes for which you may voluntarily provide your personal data are:

(a) to allow us to better understand the demographics of our customers;

(b) for internal research and analysis so that we can properly provide rewards, service and product information or gifts that meet your specific needs;

(c) market research;

(d) for follow-up services by our beauty consultants;

(e) assign customer satisfaction surveys;

(f) sending out VIP newsletters and updates on VIP events; and

(g) for direct marketing, including

(i) To inform you about new product launches and other promotional offers, including (if applicable) skin care products, cosmetics, fragrance products, make-up products, body care products, hair care products, household products and make-up services, beauty services, body care services and hair removal services;

(ii) to inform you about our promotional activities, including (if applicable) makeup classes and/or demonstrations, skin care seminars, other beauty classes, public relations events, premium customer product packages, store opening events, store announcements/events, exhibitions, fashion shows and latest news;

(iii) to notify you of counter or off-counter services and events related to skin care, make-up, body care, hair care or fragrance or household products for promotional and rewarding purposes;

(iv) the latest news on marketing reward schemes, birthday offers, free trial products, digital events, roadshows/street promotions, in-store promotions;

(v) to notify you about joint promotions or events with shopping malls, department stores, credit cards, banks, trades, celebrities, magazines, television, websites, cultural, art or music groups/organizations, charities or non-profit organisations; and

If at any other time you do not want us to use your personal data for the above-mentioned direct marketing purposes, you may notify us of your objection.

3. Disclosure

If we collect personal data from you, we will:

(a) inform you (in this Personal Information Collection Statement or through a separate notice) that we are collecting your data and the purposes for which we collect it;

(b) where relevant, give you the opportunity to object to the processing of your personal data for certain purposes; and

(c) inform you how we store your personal data and how you can access, correct and delete such personal data we hold.

 

We will take all practicable steps to keep your personal data confidential, but we may transfer/subscribe such data to the following parties:

(a) any agent, contractor or third party service provider who provides us with administrative, telecommunications, computer and other services in connection with the processing and storage of your data;

(b) to any actual or proposed assignee, assign or successor if we decide to sell any relevant part of our business; and

(c) any person to whom we are obliged to make disclosure under any law.

Where personal data is stored electronically, it will be stored on an independent and password-protected server (or with an equivalent form of protection) and can only be accessed by authorized personnel. 5. Your right to access and correct data

You may request access to and correction of personal data relating to you in our records at any time. You may also request that we delete you or your personal data from any mailing or distribution lists in operation. 7. Retention of data
