Shipping Policy
Order Processing:
- Orders completed on Tricell's official online store will be reviewed within 24 hours and shipped within 3 to 5 working days after confirming your order
- All orders are processed on working days (Monday to Friday). If you place an order on a weekend or public holiday, it will be processed on the next working day
- We cannot guarantee the accuracy of product descriptions, product images, prices, promotions, availability, ingredients or other information or content on the Site. We cannot confirm the price of an item until the order has shipped. We reserve the right to modify or update information on the site, or to cancel orders due to inaccuracies or omissions. We will not debit your credit card until your order is in the shipping process. If we cancel an order after we have debited your credit card, we will refund the full amount you have paid to your account. Any order that does not comply with our terms and conditions, Tricell Group International Limited reserves the right to cancel the order
This site offers the following delivery services:
- General delivery service (only for Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of China)
- By the way, smart locker self-pickup service (only available in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, China)

Except for the special promotion activities specified by the official online store, the general shipping charges are handled as follows:
- Free general shipping for net purchases over HK$1000
- If the net shopping amount is less than HK$1000, a shipping fee of HK$30 will be charged
Shipping range:
- Standard delivery service areas include Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories and outlying islands. Delivery services are not available in designated areas, including but not limited to: Big Wave Bay, Lo Wu, Tai O, Siu Ho Wan, Po Toi Island
- Do not use a PO Box as a shipping address
- Each order can only be shipped to one address. If you want to deliver the goods to different addresses, please place separate orders according to different addresses
General delivery time:
- Under normal circumstances, the standard delivery service will arrive at the delivery address within 3 to 5 working days. For orders in remote areas of Hong Kong, it will take an additional 1 to 2 working days to arrive
- Delivery time from Monday to Saturday: 9:00 am to 7:00 pm
- Sunday and public holidays: no delivery service

- In case of holidays or extreme weather conditions, the delivery time may be extended
- Once the order is confirmed, the delivery address cannot be changed, Tricell will not be responsible for the wrong address on the order
- If the customer fails to receive the package due to personal reasons, please contact SF Express to make arrangements
- Sending to outlying islands may take an additional two days
- All orders must be signed upon receipt
By the way, smart locker self-pickup service (only available in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, China)
- Guests can choose the designated EF Smart Locker to pick up the goods at checkout
- Please reconfirm that the Hong Kong telephone number (+852) entered can receive Hong Kong text messages (SMS)
- After confirming the payment is successful, the general order takes 1-2 working days to process and send out, depending on the stock
- After the goods are sent out, they will usually arrive at the designated EF Locker within 2-3 working days, and the recipient's phone number will receive a text message with the pick-up code from SF Express
- Customers can go to the designated smart cabinet and enter the password to pick up the goods
- Please pick up the item within 30 hours after receiving the SMS. For arrangements for overdue delivery, please call SF Express customer service hotline +852 2730 0273
Shipment Tracking/Change of Address:
- Please contact SF Express by yourself (general delivery service)
- After the goods are sent out, if you need to change the address, please contact SF Express to make another arrangement. Derived additional costs must be paid by yourself
- If the customer fails to receive the package due to personal reasons, please contact SF Express to make arrangements. If the shipment fails to deliver repeatedly, your order may be canceled and the company will not make a refund
