Tricell attaches great importance to our customers. If you have any dissatisfaction within 7 days after receiving the products from Tricell's official online store, you can contact us via Whatsapp Or customer service hotline: (852) 5725 5726 to contact us for return request. This policy only applies to products purchased through Tricell's official online store.

According to the instructions of the customer service staff, please pack all the materials that need to be returned, such as goods, gifts and packing list. Please ensure that the item must be unopened and in its original condition. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or opened, please tell our customer service staff immediately. If the product to be returned does not meet the above return conditions, the return request will not be accepted.

After we receive the returned goods, we will evaluate and contact you to arrange a refund. Refunds will be credited back to your payment account.
